Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 Maultaschen
  • 250 ml tomato sauce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • Cheese, grated
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the Maultaschen in a baking dish and spread with the tomato sauce. Wash and slice the tomatoes, then slice the mozzarella. Arrange the tomato slices and mozzarella slices on top of the Maultaschen. Season with pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes.
