Spätzle with sausage and beans

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g spaetzle (egg spaetzle)
  • 1 pack of grated cheese
  • 1 small can of kidney beans
  • 2 bockwurst (ham bockwurst)
  • 6 tsp spread (tomato-basil spread)
  • 100 g Cremefine
  • 50 g yogurt
  • 4 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 dashes sauce (curry mango sauce)
  • 50 g cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the egg noodles in an ovenproof dish. Drain the kidney beans and add them. Chop the ham bockwurst and sprinkle them on top. For the sauce, mix the spread, Cremefine, yogurt, tomato paste, curry mango sauce, and cream cheese well. Season with a few more spices, if desired. Pour the sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes.
