Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (e.g. croissants)
  • salt water
  • 250 g cooked ham without fat
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml milk (1.5% fat)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Saala’s favorite recipe

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Cut the ham into thin strips or cubes. Whisk the milk with the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Place the drained pasta and ham in a casserole dish. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad.
