Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 small jar of pickled peppers
- ½ jar pickles
- 1 onion(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, hard-boil the eggs, rinse, peel, and slice them into strips using an egg slicer. Finely dice the gherkins, bell pepper, and onion and add them to the eggs. Then add the crème fraîche and a little of the cucumber and bell pepper liquid. Mix everything together, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes. It tastes delicious on fresh Sunday rolls!
