Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 7 eggs
- 120 g herb cream cheese
- 130 ml cream
- some spice mix (garlic pepper seasoning, the recipe is in my profile)
- some salt
- some lemon juice (essence)
- possibly chives or capers
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Egg spread, ideal for using up leftover Easter eggs
Mix the cream cheese and cream well. Season to taste with spices. Break the eggs with an egg slicer and stir them into the cheese mixture. Add chives or capers if desired.
