Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Make a yeast dough from flour, oil, yeast, salt, and water. I always place a warm cherry pit pillow underneath, and it rises in less than 20 minutes. Whisk together the sour cream, cream cheese, and milk, season with pepper and a little salt. Slice the onion into rings. Knead the dough again and roll it out on baking paper (careful not to wrinkle the paper too much). Prick it several times with a fork. Spread the sour cream and cream cheese mixture on top, spread onion rings on top, and sprinkle the ham cubes on top. Bake at 220°C for 12-15 minutes. 600 kcal per serving.
