Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can of corn
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 bag(s) of cheese, grated
- n. B. Spice mix, Mexican, to taste

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Drain the beans and corn and mix with the crème fraîche, season, and place in a shallow baking dish. Top with the bag of chips, then the cheese. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
