Celery-apple salad with nuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 celeriac
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grate the washed and peeled celery, along with the peeled apples. Combine the oil, cream, and lemon juice with the sugar. Quickly add the celery and apple to the mixture and mix well. Sprinkle with the grated nuts and serve.
