Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 waxy potatoes
- 250 g mozzarella, 2 balls
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 3 tomatoes
- 150 g cooked ham
- 3 spring onions
- 250 g cheese, grated,
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
First, boil the potatoes until tender, then peel, halve, and scoop out the insides, then place them on a baking sheet. Mix the filling ingredients together and spread them on top of the potatoes. Slice the mozzarella and place a piece on top of each potato. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
