Pork neck steak on a bed of potatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g potatoes
  • 120 g pork neck steak(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 50g Gouda
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel the potatoes, cut into chunks, and boil in salted water until tender. Fry the neck steak in a pan on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place the potatoes in a baking dish and add a little butter. Place the neck steak on top of the potatoes. Slice the tomato and place it on top of the neck steak. Sprinkle with grated Gouda or your favorite cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes on the middle rack.
