Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g sprouts (alfalfa sprouts), preferably home-grown
- 90 g feta cheese, diced
- 1 orange(s), peeled, diced
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- some olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
the absolute fitness salad
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper as desired. This is the best remedy for winter fatigue. Tip: I always get the alfalfa sprouts from a health food store and grow them in a jar.
