  • 50 g beetroot
  • 75 g feta cheese, light
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 10 g walnuts
  • 10 g pomegranate seeds
  • e.g. basil

Cut beetroot into strips or cubes and toss with cream cheese and finely diced feta. Whisk together all the dressing ingredients, pour over the salad, and toss well.
