Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 g pineapple, fresh, ripe, prepared, weighed
- 900 g strawberries, prepared and weighed
- 450 ml sparkling wine
- 2 ½ kg gelling sugar 1:1
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes
Finely chop the pineapple. Quarter the strawberries. Place in a large pot and bring to a boil. Briefly puree with a hand blender. Add the sparkling wine and the preserving sugar and simmer for about 7 minutes. Skim off the foam and immediately pour the jam into sterile jars. Seal tightly and turn upside down.
