Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 g kiwifruit
  • 2 stalks of lemon balm
  • 500 g gelling sugar (1:1)
  • 4 tbsp rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean or peel the fruit and chop it finely. Cut the lemon balm into strips. Puree half of the fruit. Mix the puree and the remaining fruit with the gelling sugar and bring to a boil. Continue boiling for 2 minutes. Then stir in the rum. Immediately pour into prepared jars and seal.
