Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 pointed peppers
- 150 g tomatoes, small
- 200 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Chives or other herbs to taste
- 4 small slices of toast

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Dice the tomatoes and bell peppers. Mash the feta with a fork and mix it with the cream cheese and eggs. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the diced tomatoes and bell peppers. If desired, add a few herbs. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C. Serve with toast.
