Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 small slices of sheep’s cheese or herder’s cheese
- 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
- 1 spring onion(s) or regular onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Pepper
- some herbs, Italian, frozen
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Salt
- herbal salt
- chili powder
- some olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
easy and fast
Place the cheese in a small baking dish. Wash and slice the tomato, then place it on top of the cheese. Season the tomato with a little paprika, salt, chili seasoning, and herb salt. Slice the spring onion or a regular onion into thin rings and arrange them on top of the seasoned tomato slices. Sprinkle the onion with frozen herbs. Finely chop the garlic cloves and sprinkle them on top. Top the casserole with chili peppers, if desired, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake the feta cheese in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
