Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cloves garlic, finely sliced, if desired
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 apples
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

tastes refreshing, is healthy and quick to make

First, wash the fruit and vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Then add the oil. Then add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and vegetable broth. Mix everything well and let it stand for about 5 minutes (at room temperature). Add a tablespoon of sugar to taste. Now it’s ready to serve. Ideal for hot summer days.
