- 1 pkt. Puff pastry, frozen
- 200 g cheese, grated
- poppy
- Caraway seeds
- Tomato(s), dried, pickled in oil
- capers
- salami
- Ham, cooked
- anchovy fillet(s)
- olives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Thaw the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with various toppings (the ingredients listed above are just a few examples; your imagination is the limit). Then, using a pizza cutter, cut the puff pastry sheets into bite-sized pieces. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. While still warm, separate any stuck-together pieces. These puff pastry bites go perfectly with beer.
