Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g minced pork
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly butter, in flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until tender. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper and mix with the pasta. Pour half of the pasta mixture into a baking dish. Mix the minced meat with the very finely chopped leek, parsley, and salt and pepper and pour over the pasta. Then cover with the remaining pasta. Sprinkle everything with cheese and, if desired, top with butter flakes. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 45 minutes. Season the yogurt with salt and pepper and the garlic and pour over the mixture at the end.
