Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of dough (dumpling dough), from the refrigerated section
  • 1 pack of ham (smoked ham or dried meat), diced
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a bowl, combine the two packages of ready-made dumpling dough from the refrigerated section with the smoked ham or dried beef, the egg, the parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth. Lightly grease a casserole dish with oil or butter (just enough to prevent it from sticking), pour the mixture into the dish, and smooth it out. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 50 minutes. When the surface is well browned, the casserole is done. A delicious, quick, and inexpensive dish.
