Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g jacket potatoes
  • 125 g pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 1 leek(s), small
  • 100 g sausage (ham sausage)
  • 140 g corn (can)
  • 2 eggs
  • 35 g cheese, grated
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel the potatoes while still warm and slice them. Wash, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Wash, trim, and slice the leeks. Slice the sausage. Drain the corn. Place everything in a greased casserole dish. Whisk together the eggs, crème fraîche, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and pour over the mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
