Goat cheese cream sauce with parsley for pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g goat cheese
  • 250 g pasta
  • 3 small shallots
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 150 ml cream or milk
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tbsp oil or clarified butter
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely chop the onions and garlic. Roughly chop the parsley. Crumble the goat cheese. Sauté the onions and garlic in the oil (clarified butter) until lightly browned. Deglaze with the cream or milk and season with salt (carefully) and pepper. Add the goat cheese and stir in. The goat cheese will also thicken the sauce slightly, but it won’t completely dissolve. When the goat cheese has formed a creamy consistency, turn off the heat and stir in the parsley. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions and serve with the sauce.
