Chicken breast pasta dish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 300 g vegetables, cooked, or canned, e.g. broccoli, corn
  • 400 g pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ cup processed cheese, herbs
  • ½ cup cream cheese spread
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the chicken into strips, fry in oil, add the vegetables and pasta, and fry briefly. Deglaze with milk. Now add the cream and cheese. Season well and simmer briefly.
