Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta, e.g. penne
- 300 g poultry meat (fillet)
- 3 cocktail tomatoes
- n. B. Vegetables (Asian), frozen
- 6 slices of cheese (toast slices)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, cut the poultry into bite-sized pieces and fry them. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Next, add the frozen vegetables to the fillet and fry as directed on the package. This takes about 10 minutes. Finally, add the diced tomatoes and sliced cheese to the vegetable-fillet pan. Mix well and serve with the pasta.
