Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g leek
- 1 large bell pepper(s), red
- 100 g glass noodles
- 1 chicken fillet(s)
- 2 tbsp oil, neutral
- ½ tsp sambal oelek
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 400 ml chicken broth
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Salt
- Sugar

Shred the meat, fry in hot oil, remove from the pan, season with sambal and soy sauce, and mix well. Briefly fry the thinly sliced vegetables in the pan’s cooking liquid, pour in the broth, and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add the meat and the soaked and drained glass noodles (according to the package instructions) (you may want to trim them a bit; this works well with scissors), bring to a boil, and thicken with the cornstarch. Season to taste with salt and a pinch of sugar.
