Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 60 g mie noodles
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • e.g. soy sprouts, carrot strips etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions. Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Fry the chicken fillet until golden brown, add the noodles, and cook for about 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, and vegetables as desired.
