Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bunch of wild garlic
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 cube of yeast
- 500 g flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g feta cheese
- 50 g cheese (hard cheese), grated
- 150 g cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Puree the wild garlic with the lukewarm water, dissolve the yeast in it, and knead it with salt, sugar, flour, and egg to form a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Crumble the feta cheese and mix with the grated cheese and cream cheese. Roll out the yeast dough into a rectangle (approx. 30 x 40 cm). Spread the cheese mixture onto the dough sheet, roll it up, and cut into approximately 3 cm thick slices. Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 180-200°C for approximately 20 minutes.
