Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 grapefruit(s), red
- 2 orange(s) (blood)
- 1 lemon(s)
- 10 ml Aperol
- n. B. gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes
Fillet and puree the fruit, add gelling sugar in a 2:1 ratio, and boil gently for 4 minutes. Since different fruits release different amounts of juice and pulp, the amount of sugar may vary. Add the Aperol shortly before the 4-minute boil is up. Skim off the foam and pour into jam jars while still hot. The jam will have a slightly tart flavor.
