a delicious and hearty dish for “bad weather days”
Deseed and dice the bell peppers, halve the mushrooms. Peel and dice the onion, and sauté briefly in a pan with a little oil. Add the minced meat and fry with the onions. Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside. Heat a little more oil in the pan and sauté the halved mushrooms. After about 3 minutes, add the chopped garlic and diced bell peppers and sauté for another 3 minutes. Stir in the minced meat and onion mixture again and deglaze everything with the passata and cream. Bring everything to a boil briefly and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. For spicy food lovers, season everything with some fresh, chopped chili. To do this, cut the chili pepper open lengthwise and scrape out the core with a knife to keep it spicy but still edible. Serve with rice or noodles.
