Baked pasta with tuna and pizza meatloaf à la Didi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (Gemelli or other)
  • 100 g meatloaf (pizza meatloaf)
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 100g Gouda
  • 200 ml cream
  • 20 green olives stuffed with peppers
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • Oregano, shredded
  • Basil, fresh
  • e.g. olive oil
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the gemelli in plenty of well-salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool. Meanwhile, cut the pizza meatloaf into strips and then into small cubes. Cut the Gouda into small pieces. When the tuna is in its own juices, drain the juices and marinate the tuna in olive oil. Bring the cream to a boil with 1 teaspoon of granulated stock, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil, and season to taste. Mix the cooled pasta with the pizza meatloaf, tuna, and olives. Transfer to a baking dish and pour over the cream. Finally, sprinkle with the Gouda and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve.
