Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g penne
  • 1 can tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 200 ml cream
  • n. B. cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual until al dente. Meanwhile, combine the peeled tomatoes, cream, and tuna in a bowl to make a sauce. Preheat the oven to approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat). Drain the pasta after cooking and place it in a slightly higher casserole dish. Then pour the prepared sauce over it. Top the casserole with cheese and place it in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes. Serve hot. A quick tip: It tastes even better if you add a little Parmesan and fresh basil.
