Tomato Soup with Dumplings

- 850 ml Diced tomatoes
- 75 g Whipped cream
- 1 packet Semolina dumplings fixed
- Bring the can of tomatoes to the boil briefly and stir vigorously. Refine the cooked tomatoes with the whipped cream and season with basil and salt. Prepare the packet of semolina dumplings as instructed and let the dumplings simmer gently for 20 minutes. Let the dumplings soak in the water for another 5 minutes. Now season the tomato soup with basil and salt. Distribute the finished dumplings in the soup plates and add the tomato soup.
