Quark dumplings for grandma's soups

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 80 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • some parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Beat the butter until soft. Add the quark, egg, and breadcrumbs. Finely dice the onion and finely chop the parsley. Add to the quark mixture along with salt and stir in. Form the mixture into small dumplings and let them simmer in hot broth for about 20 minutes.
