Banana ice cream without an ice cream maker

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar or a vanilla pod
  • 300 g natural yogurt or Greek yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Place the peeled bananas in the freezer for about two hours. Puree the bananas with yogurt and vanilla sugar in a blender. Garnish with nuts and chocolate powder or caramel syrup.
