Quark – oil – dough for pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g quark
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 400 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the quark with salt, eggs, and oil. Sift the flour and baking powder together and mix with the dough hook of a hand mixer (or a food processor). Knead with both hands until a smooth dough forms. Line two round baking dishes or a baking sheet with the dough. Prick several times with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming. Top with your choice of toppings. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. I recommend using my Pizzaiola sauce with this.
