Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 1 small can of peas with carrots
- 200 g ham, cooked and 1 can Ragout Fin
- 100 g grated Emmental cheese
- some cream
- some breadcrumbs

Line a springform pan with puff pastry, not forgetting the edges—it’s going to be a cake, after all. Then, in a bowl, combine the peas, carrots, sliced ham, ragu fin, and cheese. Then spread it on the puff pastry. Finally, in a small bowl, mix enough breadcrumbs with cream to completely cover the cake. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 1 hour.
