Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp rum, or egg liqueur or both

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

without egg, with rum or egg liqueur

Whisk the mascarpone with the powdered sugar until creamy and slowly add the alcohol. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
