Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 1 bar of chocolate (dark, milk or your favorite)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g flour (type 405)
  • 50 g sugar (possibly more, depending on the type of chocolate)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the chocolate and butter, mix with the sugar. Add the eggs, flour, and baking powder. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish, such as a 800-1000 ml silicone mold. For larger dishes, simply double the quantities and increase the cooking time. Caution: The batter will rise considerably! Microwave at 600-650 watts for 6 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes. Once cooled, garnish with vanilla sauce, cream, or powdered sugar. Can also be eaten lukewarm.
