Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 scoops of ice cream (chocolate)
  • 1 scoop of ice cream (vanilla)
  • 1 small jar of morello cherries
  • 1 shot of cherry brandy
  • Sauce (chocolate)
  • 1 serving of cream
  • e.g. chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place two scoops of chocolate ice cream and one scoop of vanilla ice cream into a dessert glass. Place a ladleful of drained morello cherries around the rim of the ice cream. Then pipe a lovely dollop of whipped cream in the center of the ice cream. First, pour a dash of kirsch over the whipped cream, then drizzle with chocolate sauce, if desired. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles or a fresh cherry.
