Important! You will need a powerful food processor for the ice cream, one that is also suitable for pureeing frozen ingredients. Please check beforehand. Unsuitable appliances can be damaged. Peel the bananas, cut them into thin slices, and freeze them. Place all ingredients (strawberries and banana must be frozen) in the food processor or in a bowl (if using an immersion blender) and puree into a cream. Optionally, sweeten the ice cream with one or two teaspoons of apple syrup. If your food processor needs a little longer to puree everything and the ice cream becomes a little more runny, place the mixture in the freezer for about 5 to 10 minutes after pureeing. Serve the ice cream immediately. The mixture can also be poured into mini muffin baking trays, for example, and frozen again with a wooden stick. Then gently warm the outside of the tray with water and the ice lollies can be removed.
