Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of pasta
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 5 small cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp, heaped herb cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp, whipped sour cream, optional
  • some vegetable stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • some water
  • some butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the spring onions and tomatoes. Sauté the vegetables in a pan with a little butter and then deglaze with a little water (depending on the desired consistency). Stir a little vegetable stock into the boiling water in the vegetable pan. Then stir in the cream cheese or, if desired, the sour cream and bring to a boil. Once the pasta is cooked, add it and stir in. Let it reduce briefly, then season to taste.
