Quick potato soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 bags of soup (cream of potato soup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the chicken breast fillet and vegetables into small cubes and cook in a little water for 5-10 minutes. Add the water to the soup’s contents. Mix the cream of potato soup with the remaining cold water and add it to the cooked vegetables and meat. Bring everything back to a boil and season to taste.
