Mozzarella – ham – bruschetta à la lotusflower

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 200 g raw ham, sliced
  • 2 balls of mozzarella, 250g each
  • oregano
  • basil
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brush slices of white bread with olive oil. Place ham slices on top and toast at 180 degrees Celsius. Top each slice with mozzarella slices, then return to the oven for a few minutes. The mozzarella should be slightly melted. Sprinkle the bread slices with oregano and basil.
