Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, chilled
  • 150 g ham
  • n. B. Cheese, grated
  • some tomato paste
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the ham. Roll out the puff pastry and spread a thin layer of tomato paste. Sprinkle pizza seasoning over the pastry and scatter the ham and cheese over the pastry. Roll up the puff pastry again from the long side (just as it was) and cut into strips about 2 cm wide. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200°C. Perfect as a quick snack between meals, it’s quick and tastes delicious!
