Ingredients for 40 servings:
- 175 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g flour (type 550)
- 150 g Flour (wholemeal spelled flour)
- 90 g Parmesan
- 90 g cheese, grated
- 60 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
salty shortcrust pastry
Mix ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. Chill. Roll out and bake at 200°C for about 8 minutes. Great for freezing. Thawed in the meantime.
