Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g Gouda, medium-aged, freshly grated
- 500 g flour
- 250 g butter, soft
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
only 3 ingredients!
Knead the three ingredients into a smooth dough, form it into a ball, and let it rest for half an hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 cm thick. Cut it into diamond shapes or cut it out into shapes and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The shapes can be placed close together; they won’t expand much. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
