Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 6 eggs
- 200 ml Amaretto
- 250 g applesauce
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g amaretti biscuits
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Add the amaretto and applesauce one at a time. Stir in the flour and baking powder, tablespoon at a time. Fold in about 100g of the amaretti biscuits, some whole and some crumbled. Pour the batter into a greased 26cm springform pan and scatter the remaining crumbled amaretti biscuits on top. Bake at approximately 175°C (convection oven) for 45-60 minutes.
