Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g cheese, finely grated Gouda
- 100 g butter
- pepper
- 1 tsp oil
- 150 g liver sausage
- 100 g butter
- 3 gherkins
- 1 red bell pepper(s), diced
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Prepare the cheese dough. Grate the cheese very finely. Cream the butter until fluffy, add the cheese and pepper, and mix vigorously. Spread a sheet of cling film, brush with oil, and spread the cheese mixture on it. Prepare the filling: Cream the liverwurst and butter until fluffy, season with pepper. Spread over the cheese layer. Finely dice the gherkins and bell pepper. Sprinkle over the liverwurst and roll up using the cling film. Refrigerate overnight, then slice.
