Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries (frozen)
  • 300 ml natural yogurt
  • e.g. sweetener or sugar or powdered sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Place the frozen strawberries (still frozen) in a bowl with the yogurt and blend with a blender or immersion blender. Then sweeten to taste with powdered sugar (or sugar or sweetener, of course). Done… it tastes delicious and is made in no time.
