Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 800 ml whipped cream, 30% fat
  • 180 ml condensed milk, sweetened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • olive oil
  • 2 pinches of sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Combine the whipped cream, condensed milk, and egg yolk with a hand blender and freeze the mixture for 2-3 hours. Then pour it into an ice cream maker and run it until it’s a nice, soft-set ice cream. This takes about 20 minutes. Pour the soft-set ice cream into small cups, drizzle with a little olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt.
